Windows 10 Creators Update will have a new Share UI which Microsoft revealed in October.
If you’re using Insider Preview Build 14972, you can enable the new Share UI which replaces the Share panel.
Here is how to enable the new Share UI by editing the registry.
Start Regedit.exe and go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SharePlatform
The SharePlatform key doesn’t exist and you’ll need to create it manually.
Select “SharePlatform” and create a DWORD value named EnableNewShareFlow
Exit the Registry Editor.
Open a folder, select a file and click the Share button in the Share tab. You’ll see the new Share interface.
Note that the feature is not complete yet — but the registry edit helps you have a glimpse of the upcoming feature. It would be implemented in the Redstone 2 / Windows 10 Creators Update, coming in March 2017.
